Start with capacity and where the sauna will sit. Sol is a 1-person indoor sauna; Aurora is a 2-person indoor sauna. For outdoors, choose Vesper 2 for 2 people or Vesper 4 for 4 people. Check the cabin and roof dimensions, then ask us to confirm access and placement requirements.
How much clearance do I need around the sauna?+
Clearances depend on the model and site. For Vesper 2 and Vesper 4, the roof extends beyond the cabin, so check both dimensions. Published roof sizes are not minimum installation clearances; confirm the final placement requirements with us before preparing your site.
Will I need an electrician?+
Electrical requirements can vary by model and installation. We will provide the relevant connection information before installation. Where fixed electrical work is required, it should be completed by a suitably qualified electrician.
What is the difference between infrared and a traditional sauna?+
Traditional saunas primarily heat the air inside the room. Infrared heaters emit radiant heat that is absorbed more directly by the body and surrounding surfaces, which can allow the cabin to feel warm at a lower air temperature.
How long does a sauna take to heat up?+
Heat-up time depends on the model, starting temperature, ambient conditions and your selected setting. We prefer not to quote one number across every model; ask us about the model you are considering and we can provide the relevant guidance.
Can Vesper 2 and Vesper 4 be installed outdoors? +
Yes, both are outdoor sauna models. They combine Canadian hemlock with aluminium–plastic composite panels. Final placement still needs to follow model-specific guidance for the base, roof clearance, exposure and electrical connection. Ask us to confirm these details for your site before ordering.
Do you provide delivery?+
Delivery options are arranged based on your address, model and site access. Send us your location and preferred sauna and we can confirm the available delivery approach and any associated cost.
Can you help with installation?+
We can discuss installation requirements as part of your enquiry. The available support and scope will depend on the model and location, so we will confirm this before you place an order.
What warranty comes with the sauna?+
Warranty coverage will be confirmed with the product quotation and can vary by model or component. If warranty terms are important to your decision, ask us and we will provide the applicable details before purchase.
How should I care for the timber interior?+
Keep the cabin dry and clean, use a towel where practical, and wipe surfaces with a soft cloth after use. Avoid harsh cleaners unless they are specifically approved for the sauna materials. Follow the care instructions supplied with your model.
What is the difference between Vesper 2 and Vesper 4?+
Vesper 2 seats 2 people, with a 1200 × 1100 × 2000 mm cabin, a 1600 × 1500 mm roof and a 2900 W power rating. Vesper 4 seats 4 people, with an 1800 × 1200 × 2000 mm cabin, a 2200 × 1600 mm roof and a 3970 W power rating. Both are rated at 220 V and share the listed materials, ceramic tube heaters, connectivity and red light therapy system.
What controls and accessories are included with the outdoor models?+
Both include a touch control panel with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB, a reading light, LED strip lighting, two speakers and a photobiomodulation red light therapy system. They are packed in wooden crates. Ask us about model-specific operation and connection requirements.
Do the new outdoor models use the same heaters as Aurora?+
No. Vesper 2 and Vesper 4 are specified with red-light ceramic tube heaters and a photobiomodulation red light therapy system. Aurora uses infrared carbon heaters plus full-spectrum ceramic tubes. Heating specifications differ, so compare the individual product pages.
